These terms govern your use of the SiteLynx platform at site-lynx.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SiteLynx provides a cloud-based construction compliance and project management platform including modules for RAMS, QA audits, safety inspections, snag tracking, permits to work, plant inspections, toolbox talks, site diary, dayworks, incidents, O&M manuals, and related tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person — do not share login details. You must be 18 or over to use the service.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Documents generated during the trial may include a SiteLynx watermark. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly (£15/month) or annually (£150/year). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data

You own all content you create on the platform (documents, reports, photos, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. We store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, resell or redistribute access, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data.

7. AI Features

SiteLynx includes AI-assisted features for content generation (RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, etc.). AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and must be reviewed by a competent person before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying all content meets your regulatory and safety requirements.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

SiteLynx is a tool to assist with compliance documentation and project management. It does not replace professional advice, competent person assessments, or statutory obligations. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or regulatory penalty arising from reliance on content generated through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
